Our Mission

At Fitness Physio, we help you move better, feel stronger, and perform at a higher level every day. We go beyond traditional physical therapy, with an advanced, performance-driven approach built around how the body moves.

We combine proven physical recovery techniques, such as massage, stretching, and mobility work, with targeted hands-on therapies including dry needling, cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue work, and more. Every Fitness Physio session is intentional. Every movement has a purpose.

This is where recovery meets performance. Let’s get your body back to doing what it’s built to do.

Our Services

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy at Fitness Physio focuses on identifying and correcting movement issues that cause pain, limit performance, and slow progress.

Our team treats musculoskeletal injuries, muscle imbalances, and mobility restrictions through precise, hands-on care and movement-based treatments. All sessions are designed around how the body is meant to move and are led by a licensed physical therapist or physiotherapist.

Why Choose Fitness Physio

  • Personalized Care: Every session is built around you, your limitations, and your goals. We guarantee focused, one-on-one care with treatments designed to drive real progress.
  • Experienced, Licensed Team: Our therapists work with a wide range of clients, whether they are getting back to daily activity or looking to push their performance to the next level.
  • Connected To Your Training: Being located inside the gym allows us to collaborate directly with your trainer and training environment for a smoother transition back to full activity.
  • Progress Between Sessions: Access your personalized program through the PhysiApp so you can stay consistent and continue improving between visits.
  • Results-Driven Care: Our focus is getting you better, not keeping you in treatment. On average, Fitness Physio clients reach their goal in just 7 visits.

Recovery

Fitness Physio’s recovery program is built to get you back to activity faster, while minimizing setbacks along the way. Our hands-on treatments target muscles, tendons, and ligaments to restore movement, reduce inflammation, and help your body perform at its best.

How We Can Help

  • Address acute pain, such as waking up with a stiff neck or sudden muscle tightness
  • Manage chronic, nagging issues that limit consistency.
  • Support performance before and after training or activity

Preventative Care & Maintenance

Preventative care helps you stay active, consistent, and progressing. By identifying muscle imbalances and inefficient movement patterns early, our therapists can help you reduce the risk of pain, injury, and setbacks. Proactive care supports both recovery and prevention alike to help your body move the way it should.

How We Can Help

  • Build endurance for daily activity and training
  • Improve balance and control for stability and injury prevention
  • Strengthen muscles, tendons, and ligaments before issues develop
  • Improve overall movement and efficiency

Performance Training

Performance training is designed to improve how the body moves, trains, and performs – whether that’s for everyday fitness or sport-specific goals. Using the principles of biomechanics and movement analysis, we develop targeted programs to build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall performance.

How We Can Help

  • Running evaluations and gait analysis
  • Golf swing analysis
  • Blood flow restriction (BFR) training
  • ACL injury prevention programs
